All ticket sales on Oman Events are subject to the following refund terms:
Event Cancellation If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Event Postponement If an event is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the postponement announcement.
Buyer-Initiated Refunds - More than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee - 3–7 days before the event: 50% refund - Less than 3 days before the event: No refund
How to Request a Refund Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order reference number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions Some events may have stricter no-refund policies set by the organizer. These will be clearly stated on the event page.
